Tasos Drosiadis is an oenologist, graduated from the Department of Oenology at the TEI of Athens in 1993, with a Master's degree from the U.I.V.V. in Burgundy. Alongside, he has attended numerous seminars and three World Wine Congresses. He worked as a chief oenologist from 1993 to 2001 at "Antonopoulos Vineyards" and from 2001 to 2018 at "Oinophoro" under Angelos Rouvalis. Since 2012, he has been working as a Consulting Oenologist for various wineries and serves as the Vice President of the Wine Hospitality Quality Network.
