He was born and resides in Patras, is married, and has two sons. He is a dentist and holds a Master's degree in Public Health from the National School of Public Health.

Since 2015, he has served as a Director in the National Health System (ESY). He has held various positions of responsibility (University General Hospital of Patras, IKA, EOPYY) in administrative or supervisory roles.

He has been actively involved in trade union activities at both the local and national levels and has made significant contributions to social initiatives.

In 2019, he was elected Regional Councilor of Western Greece with the political alliance of Nektarios Farmakis, was appointed Deputy Regional Governor of Achaia, and was re-elected in 2023.
