Vasiliki Koutsoukou, with over 20 years of experience in public administration and the tourism sector, was born on March 25, 1977. She holds a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master’s degree (MBA) in the Organization and Management of Sports Organizations and Enterprises from the University of the Peloponnese, with a specialization in the development of sports tourism.

Since 2002, she has been serving as a permanent civil servant. Between 2002 and 2008, she worked in the Personnel Administration Department of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Since 2008, she has been working in the International Relations Directorate of the Ministry of Tourism, as well as in the Inspection and Auditing Department for tourism businesses and professions within the Regional Tourism Office of Attica.

Since 2023, she has served as Director of the Private Office of the Minister of Tourism, Olga Kefalogianni, coordinating, among other things, the ministry’s strategic initiatives and crisis management.
