Born in 1977 in Patras, Greece. He graduated from the Classical High School of Patras and from the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace.

He holds a Master's degree from the Hellenic Open University in Tourism Business Administration.

He is a lawyer admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Greece (Areios Pagos) and has been practicing law in Patras since 2002.

He served as an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Patras Bar Association continuously from 2011 to 2021, holding the honorary position of one of the Vice Presidents of the Patras Bar Association during the period 2017–2021.

As a member of the Board of Directors of the Patras Port Authority since 2019, he participated in key administrative decisions, including the preparation of the Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment and the port’s master plan in cooperation with the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF/TAIPED).

He served as President of the Association of Dorians in Patras “Athanasios Diakos” from 2006 to 2010 and is a member of several local and social organizations in the city.

He is married to social worker Ioanna Troupi and is the father of two boys.
