With studies in Hotel Marketing and Food & Beverage Management, Grigoris Filippatos has been active in gastronomic and travel journalism through the digital and print media of the «Proto Thema» media group. At the same time, he collaborates with the country’s longest-running and most prestigious restaurant awards institution, the Chrysoi Skoufoi (Golden Toques) of Athinorama, where he participates as a restaurant critic.

For him, gastronomy is a universal code of communication with a strong cultural footprint, which leads him to maintain constant channels of communication with international institutions and organizations. His involvement in the sector is not merely professional but deeply personal, as his dedication to gastronomic culture took root already during his teenage years, transforming an early inclination into a lasting commitment to highlighting authentic taste.
