Anni Iliopoulou serves as President of the Board of Desmi Publishing and is the creator of the Gastronomy Awards «Golden Toques» (Chrysoi Skoufoi), one of the most prestigious culinary institutions in Greece.
For over 30 years, she was co-owner and publisher of Athinorama, playing a key role in shaping modern cultural and gastronomic journalism in Greece.
She is also President of Archestratos, a non-profit organization dedicated to the research, preservation, and promotion of the history of Greek gastronomy.
Additionally, she has served as a member of a special committee of the Hellenic Tourism Organization, contributing to the development and promotion of Greek tourism.
