Appointed Municipal Councillor for Culture of the Municipality of Erymanthos, Achaia

Eleni Christodoulopoulou serves as an appointed Municipal Councillor in the Municipality of Erymanthos, with responsibilities in culture, volunteering, social initiatives, youth, and sports. She originates from Kalentzi and Leontio in Achaia and was born in Toskes Kritharakiou, an area now covered by the artificial lake of the Peiros–Parapeiros Dam. She is a permanent resident of Starochori, maintaining strong and meaningful ties with the local community.

She has a strong academic background, holding a degree from the Department of International, European and Regional Studies of Panteion University, while currently completing her second degree at the Law School of Athens, aiming for a future career in the field of Justice. From an early stage, she has demonstrated active involvement in public affairs, having served for over a decade as a member of cultural associations within the Municipality of Erymanthos, contributing significantly to the cultural and social development of the area.

In 2023, she was elected Municipal Councillor, and since 2024, as an appointed Municipal Councillor, she has developed substantial initiatives promoting social cohesion, active citizen participation, gender equality — serving as President of the Municipal Gender Equality Committee of Erymanthos — and sustainable local development, with emphasis on cultural, voluntary, and educational actions. She is a member of the AgreXa Organizing Committee and has actively contributed to the creation of the Municipality’s logo and tourism guide. Additionally, she represents the Municipality by participating in the Hellenic Inter-Municipal Network of Healthy Cities and in the Prevention Center for Addictions and Psychosocial Health Promotion of Achaia “Kallipolis”.

She is fluent in English and French and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, along with experience in multicultural environments.
