Michalis Kamvisis is a graduate of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) with a degree in Civil Engineering. He began his professional career in 2003, gaining extensive experience through collaborations with major construction companies in areas such as project supervision, engineering studies, and financial management of large-scale infrastructure projects.

Since 2012, he has been a key executive at Coffee Island, playing a pivotal role across several critical positions within the organization. From 2012 to 2013, he served as Project Management Director, contributing to the expansion of the Coffee Island network into the Cypriot market and overseeing the implementation of significant company projects.

Between 2014 and 2023, first as Manager and later as Managing Director, he played a decisive role in network development and in establishing Coffee Island as a leader in both the Greek and Cypriot markets, earning multiple distinctions for the organization’s growth as a franchise chain.

From 2017 to the present, in his role as Managing Director of Supply Chain and Production, Michalis Kamvisis oversees core production processes, evaluates strategic supplier partnerships, ensures the quality sourcing of raw materials, and actively contributes to maintaining the high-quality standards of Coffee Island products, as well as the smooth operation of the company’s supply chain.

Additionally, as head of the Commercial Division and the Sales structure within the Organized Retail channel, he has been instrumental in developing this important new sales channel for Coffee Island and has successfully led the company’s pricing strategy across both wholesale and retail levels.
